In other words, neither submitter has adduced evidence that anyone has ever been threatened with liability under § 1201(a)(1)(A), the only DMCA provision bellagio casino hotel las nv vegas to this proceeding. The most that can be gleaned from the submission is that counsel to the submitters believes that a client of hers has been threatened with liability under § 1201(b).
